We want you to shop with confidence at CALVYRE.

14-day cooling-off period

As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. After notifying us within this period, you have a further 14 days to return the items.

Registering a return

Register your return through our contact page. Include your order number and the items you wish to return and, if you like, the reason for returning them. A reason is not required when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

Return conditions

You may inspect and try on an item as you reasonably would in a store. Please return items preferably unworn, clean and with any labels and original packaging. If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct any resulting loss in value.

Return shipping costs

The direct cost of returning an item under the right of withdrawal is borne by the customer unless CALVYRE has expressly stated otherwise in advance. For an incorrect or demonstrably defective item, we will contact you about an appropriate solution and the necessary return costs.

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we refund the amounts due no later than 14 days afterwards. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the items or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. For a full withdrawal, the original standard delivery cost is also reimbursed. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded.

Refund method

Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the order unless otherwise agreed. Your bank or payment provider may then require several additional business days to process the refund.

Exceptions

Returns may be excluded for products to which a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies. If such an exception applies to a product, this will be clearly stated before purchase.

Defective or incorrect item

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, stop using it and contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs. Your statutory rights to goods that conform to the contract remain unaffected.
