These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through the CALVYRE online store.
1. Products and prices
We aim to present product information, images and prices as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind CALVYRE to the extent permitted by law. The price and any shipping costs shown before completing checkout form the basis of your order.
2. Order and agreement
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We send an electronic confirmation after receipt. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to reject or cancel an order, for example in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if an item proves unavailable. Amounts already paid will then be refunded.
3. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout. You are responsible for providing correct payment and billing information.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the address provided at checkout. Our average delivery time is approximately 8 business days. This is an estimate. Delays may occur and your statutory rights regarding late delivery remain unaffected.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
Where you have a consumer right of withdrawal, you can generally exercise it within 14 days after receipt. The full procedure and conditions are set out in our returns policy. Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain applicable.
6. Products and conformity
You are entitled to goods that conform to the agreement. These terms do not limit your statutory warranty rights. If there is a defect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
7. Use and diminished value
During the cooling-off period, you may assess a product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If you go beyond what is reasonably necessary, any resulting diminished value may be charged to you.
8. Force majeure
If performance is prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will inform you where appropriate. Mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable.
9. Intellectual property
The content, design, branding, text and images on the online store may not be used without permission where protected by intellectual property rights.
10. Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact us through our contact page and describe it as fully as possible. We aim to handle complaints carefully and within a reasonable period.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law. Otherwise, liability applies within the limits of applicable law.
12. Governing law
Agreements with CALVYRE are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection that may apply under the law of the consumer's country of residence.
