We make sure your CALVYRE order is processed and shipped with care.

Delivery time

Our average delivery time is 8 business days. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, for pre-orders or due to circumstances affecting carriers.

Order processing

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs applicable to your order are clearly displayed during checkout before you place the order.

International delivery

CALVYRE can ship to the countries available during checkout. Delivery times outside the Netherlands may vary. Import duties, local taxes or other charges outside the European Union may be payable by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Multiple items

In exceptional cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. If applicable, we will provide additional information.

Delayed or missing parcel

If your order has not arrived after the expected delivery period, first check the tracking information. Then contact us through our contact page and include your order number so we can investigate.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can still be changed once processing has started.
